DISTRO LIST
(update: 01.06.2012.)

7"

Brain F - So Dim 7" (Grave Mistake) 4 eur
North Carolina's Brain F≠ bring you their second single; a double A-sided banger with all the overdriven/overloaded guitar fury of TEENGENERATE or ZERO BOYS and the angry female-fronted charm you love from so many DANGERHOUSE early L.A. singles. Hook-filled & danceable, the hardest of core.

Brain Killer - S/T 7" (Deranged) 4.5 eur
Debut 7” from Massachussetts hardcore band Brain Killer. Fast, noisy, powerful hardcore with heavy influence from Japanese hardcore like BASTARD / DISCLOSE and straight forward American hardcore like DEATHREAT.

Chuck Damage - S/T 7" (Hardware) 2.5 eur

Brand new band from the Münster area. Six tracks with lots of anger, pissed off vocals and lyrics, energy, and speed, all of which is built on a foundation of solid hardcore song writing and the occassional inclusion of a catchy melody.

Cloak/Dagger - Don't Need A 7" (Grave Mistake) 4 eur

Brand new three song 7" EP from Cloak/Dagger! This single charges through the title track "DON'T NEED A" which is taken from their LP "Lost Art" due out on Jade Tree, and is rounded out with two non-LP tracks on the B-side, only available on this single. This 7" is a one time only pressing!

Cola Freaks - Mig Mig Mig 7" (Rob's House) 4.5 eur

Cola freaks are gritty KBD punks from Denmark who have somehow captured that amazing adverts guitar tone and made it their own....most recently jay reatard toyed with those same tones so it should be no surprise that this record was originally slated for release by shattered records. what sets them apart is that cola freaks draw from a darker region of kbd punk.

Crucial Section - Against the Wind 7" (Insulin Addicted) 3 eur

6 new tracks from Tokyo’s finest thrash-hardcore band. Crucial Section has been playing their own blend of thrash, mostly inspired by 80’s european bands (HERESY, RIPCORD) for over 10 years now! Angry music, great artwork, positive attitude and thought-provoking lyrics! CRUCIAL!

Customers - S/T 7" (Robs House) 4.5 eur
There is a sticker on the sleeve that says “features members of BEAT BEAT BEAT, THE CARBONAS, and THE HEART ATTACKS.” Do I really need to add anything else or does the sticker have it covered? It’s a perfect blend of the first two bands, and they left the Ron Wood hair fanfiction of The Heart Attacks out. Vocalist Stephen has a touch of Frankie Stubbs’ gravel in the voice, which helps keep them out of the pop-punk territory that modern garage has made some moves on. If you like this sort of thing, Customers’ debut gives out three big anthems with strong melodies that nail the sweet spot.

Dažd / Order of the Vulture split 7" (Fuck Yoga) 4 eur

Prepare your ears for another massive assault! Order of the Vulture are coming from Portland, Oregon. Their side of the record features a new track of blackened metal-influenced Crust/Hardcorepunk. After a first 7" and two full lengths on Aborted Society, this is their third release. Members of this amazing live band also play in the Black Metal band L'Acephale. They share the split with Dažd from Serbia. Dažd present a negative mantra of bloodthirsty and occult Crust/Punk in the vein of AMEBIX. The record comes with a handnumbered obi strip and lyric-translations in serbian and english.

Death Token - 4 track attack 7" (Even Worse) 3 eur
K-Town's Death Token attack a blazing with this 8 song shredder. like a brute force, this power trio tears it up harshly, everything in Death Token's world is bleak, and they are willing to take you for a ride, nihilistic, anger boiled, demonic dark stuff thats powerfull as fuck, some stearing echoing vocals to make it even more creepier, and bleak. All recorded on 4 track, yet blowing away most stuff today. comparisons are cheesy, but throw old C.O.C. in with SEPTIC DEATH, then move em to Scandinavia ca' 85 and your not even getting close to an idea..ha!

Extortion / Septic Surge split 7" (RSR) 4.5 eur
Australia's most prolific powerviolence band, Extortion, is back with four down and dirty tracks paying homage to CROSSED OUT, INFEST and NEGATIVE FX, with another Aussie group, Septic Surge, brining an even uglier, dirtier powerviolence/sludge/grind that sounds like it was recorded on the same session as the CROSSED OUT demo.

Fucked Up - Police 7" (Deranged) 4.5 eur

Their second and best 7" which includes their song ‘Police." This record only reaffirms the superb song writing and delivery abilities of this young Canadian band. Catchy, powerful straight forward, yet melodic hardcore punk. A fresh combination of mid-tempo growling vocals ala Negative Approach and driving rhythm like Adolescents/Germs.

GG King - Drug Zoo 7"
(Robs House) 4.5 eur
Another new offshoot from members of CARBONAS, and if you heard their first single on Douchemaster you might even think it was the Carbonas, but this one strays pretty far from that tested sound. “Drug Zoo” finds GG King mixing a bit of his namesake's influence with early Aussie punk, a few hints of black metal and, to really mix things up, a Box Tops cover! A few people might have heard these songs on GG’s Last of the Night Wiggers demos, but here they are remixed, mastered and on vinyl.

Games - S/T 7" (Robs House) 4.5 eur
GAMES are made up of ex members of BUSY SIGNALS and GENTLEMEN JESSE, but to call them a powerpop band would be missing the point. These guys are mining sounds that predate that stuff by a good 5-10 years. Yea, its the kinda stuff that would later influence 'powerpop' (Greg Shaw recognized this early on when he reissued Rockin' Horse on his Voxx label) but there are no skinny ties and Rickenbackers. Instead, Games are tackling maturer themes with a slightly darker approach to pop. You'll also notice a few glam undertones as Games' seem to be genuinely interested in exploring all 'pop' can offer rather than repackaging / remarketing any one style.

Insomnio - Walking On The String 7"
(No Way) 4.5 eur
Four songs of killer spanish punk for fans of old punk/HC where the song matters a little more than the noise. Catchy as hell, but still hardcore in the way that REAGAN YOUTH, ADOLESCENTS and DESCENDENTS were. This is also a must have for fans of newer bands like PELIGRO SOCIAL or NO HOPE FOR THE KIDS.

Instangd - Mitt Svar Pa Ingenting 7"
(Sorry State) 3 eur
Sweden's Instängd are a new band featuring members of Regulations and Tristess, but they don't sound anything like the melodic punk of those bands. On Mitt Svar På Ingenting, Instängd take as their main influence old, barbaric Scandinavian punk like HEADCLEANERS, MISSBRUKARNA, or S.O.D. (the Swedish one, not the one from New York). If you need a less obscure comparison, URBAN WASTE would make a good reference point since this has a completely blown-out, blistering guitar sound and catchy, punk-as-shit vocals. Needless to say, this six-song rager destroys everything in its path.

Inservibles - Demo 7" (Shogun) 4 eur
Vinyl pressing for the ridiculously good demo tape by Mexico's Inservibles. This band has always reminded me more than a little bit of RUDIMENTARY PENI, and that's even more the case after hearing this demo. While their EP was comparable to the off-putting, hard-to-listen-to but still brilliant sound of later Rudi Peni LPs like Cacaphony, this demo reminds me more of the band's first two EPs, when the weirdness was still there, but was fully integrated into a catchy hardcore punk context. Six absolutely brilliant songs, not only dripping with energy but remarkably original in terms of sound and texture. Truly remarkable.
Kriegshog - Hardcore Hell 7" (Heartfist) 4.5 eur

Wow, just fucking wow is the only thing I really need to say about this record. Meet Kriegshog, Japan's answer to Asocial. This record is so amazing its definetly in my top ten greatest records from the last decade. The blistering ferocity of the guitars, the harsh yet slighly reverbed vocals and the tight as fuck drumming make this a Swedish punk fans' wet dream.

Loser Life - Burning Fields 7" (Trashbastard) 3 eur
This is the 2 track 7" for their European tour 2008. Loser Life comes from a place called Bakersfield, an area the band has numerously described as the armpit of California. This is what is Loser Life is influenced by and the band's sound makes their pleasant description seem all too realistic. Loser Life is dirty, grimy, filthy and fucking pissed off at their little hole in the world and the world in general. They play music with a glass half-empty feeling with a glass overflowing the brim spirit.

Lost Boys - Work.Life.Regret 7" (Trashbastard) 2.5 eur
Catchy, mid-tempo hardcore-punk inspired by bands like ANGRY SAMOANS, CIRCLE JERKS or BLACK FLAG among others. It’s Lost Boys’ 6th release. This new 4 song 7“ (including a M.I.A. cover) brings you raging hardcore-punk heavily influenced by the '80 hardcore with a bit of Boston and lots of California in the mix.

Mad World - S/T 7" (Even Worse) 2.5 eur
Six bursts of hatred from the bowels of Virginia. This 7" screams contempt at society and jams non-stop hardcore aggression. Recorded in the same studio as SOCIALCIDE, MAD WORLD draw from a similar NYHC meets C.O.C. vibe. This record is basically the brainchild of one guy, giving off a total fuck-you-I-could-care-less vibe. If you enjoy the relentless output of bands like OUT COLD and FIT FOR ABUSE, then this one will be right up your lone alley.

Major Damage - S/T 7" (Even Worse) 3.5 eur
Debut 7" from this solo project by Brandon Ferrell of Direct Control / Government Warning fame. This time around, though, he's going for a Boston hardcore sound, and you can definitely hear the influence of people like Springa on his vocal style (as well as the singer from the Abused). You can still tell it's Brandon writing the riffs, though... they're ass ripping and as catchy as anything he's ever done. Killer!

Manipulation - S/T 7" (Fashionable Idiots) 4.5 eur
The vinyl debut of Chicago hc rippers who boast members of Chronic Seizure, Pedestrians, and Civic Progress to name a few. Outstanding recording mastered by Jack Control, first 100 copies on clear. Beautiful hand screened sleeves round out this rager.

Nasa Space Universe - S/T 7" (Shogun) 4 eur
I love music that sounds like its makers only have a loose grip on sanity. All the while, the guitar player isn’t so much playing guitar as he is sonically flagellating the rest of the music. I wouldn’t be surprised if the drummer and the bass player where drooling and bleeding from their ears when they recorded this. Spacey electronic squiggles and the zonked-out lyrics and artwork definitely give them some character. Nice looking drawn sleeve art and cryptic insert-collage and lack of any song title information anywhere puts one foot squarely in the elusicity of this very creative new LA band.

Night Birds - S/T 7" (Grave Mistake) 4 eur

Night Birds feature some guys from some bands that you might have heard before (The Ergs, Psyched to Die, Hunchback, to name a few), and this is their debut five song 7" EP! Killer southern California influenced hardcore punk peppered nicely with some wicked surf guitar licks, and topped with just the right amount of melody ... so if bands like JFA, AGENT ORANGE, and ADOLESCENTS are up your alley, you should probably check this band out.

Poison Planet - Boycott Everything 7"
(Refuse) 4 eur
Five tracks of intense, ripping Hardcore that sounds like CoC and Discharge really dug the Plastic Surgery Disasters LP.

Regulations - Different Needs 7" (Ny Vag) 4.5 eur
This is the European version of the Regulations highly anticipated new platter where the Swedes brilliantly mingle dirty '70s Swedish Punkrock with the energy, rudeness and melody of early '80s LA Punkrock a la ADOLESCENTS or CIRCLE JERKS. Rough, melodic and complex guitars, very good arrangements topped with some gritty vocals and pissed-off introspective lyrics make each of these 4 songs a hit.

Senata Fox / Brivido split 7"
(Sumoggu)
2.5 eur
Senata Fox are Croatian finest and are all about ripping hardcore punk that sounds like LOS CRUDOS covering scandinavian hardcore while Brivido is punching some thrashy hardcore with a crusty edge. Awsome ep.

Sinks - I Drove the Sinks 7" (Fashionable Idiots) 3 eur
Brand new single from Minneapolis's most useless eaters, Sinks. It sounds like these will be Sinks three final cuts of garbage disposal punk to beat yer brains out to.

Sinks - Beat Out My Brains 7" (Fashionable Idiots) 3 eu
Small repress of the third Sinks single, get it while its hot!

Systematic Death - Systema 8 7" (Even Worse) 3.5 eur
One of the bands that paved the way for Japanese Hardcore since the early 80's and still going strong today!! 4 new killer tracks by these old Yokohama trashers, just in time for their backdrop eurotour in september 2011.

Southside Stranglers - Strangle You 7" (Fashionable Idiots) 4.5 eur
Richmond, VA bad boys return with their second vinyl offering of speedy punk thats catchier than the clap and twice as infectious. This single will surely hold you over till the release of their rumored LP.

Suspect Parts - Seventeen Television 7" (Deranged) 3 eur
Debut 7" by Justin from CLOROX GIRLS/ RED DONS and Chris from the BRIEFS.

Suspect Parts - Maneater 7" (Hovercraft)
3 eur

This is the second installment of the international superband Suspect Parts. Members are: Justin from the CLOROX GIRLS, Chris from the BRIEFS, Smail from the SHOCKS (and some guy we don't know, haha). The first single was kinda Post-Punk-stuff, so now it's time for some cheesy powerpop.

The Fight / Knife In The Leg split 7"
(Trujaca fala)
2 eur

KITL presents more tracks from the same recording session as "Bloodlust" EP. Fast and angry nihilistic hardcore. The Fight is a polish/german boys and girls hardcore project. Fast furious hardcore with strong female vocals. Their drummer plays also in The Tangled Lines and recently also in Vitamin X.

The Now Denial - Fuck Your Boredom 7"
(Hardware) 4.5 eur
After a decade of destructive existence The Now Denial sadly decided to break up. This legacy of a record documents the last three songs ever recorded. One is "Fuck Your Boredom" which might be familiar from their video shot in 2009. Side B contains of the bestial, hard rockin' "Field Kitchen" followed by an unrelenting heavy interpretation of a pretty influential unit from North Eastern U.S.A.!

Union Town - Blinding Lights 7"
(Sabotage) 4.5 eur
Obviously inspired by the bands they've been listening to for the greater part of their lives, Union Town started out with a distinct post-hardcore feel to them. Union Town continue to create a mix of hardcore and punk rock that crosses the mid '80s "Revolution Summer" era Dischord Records scene with the late '70s Los Angeles punk scene seamlessly, infusing melody and energy into a throwback sound. Pick up the album wherever you can find it - you'll be amazed!

Vaaska - Condenado 7" (Heartfist) 4.5 eur
After two 12"s on Todo Destruido and 540 records this is their first 7" EP and on here they have taken a slightly new direction, away from the early raw sound. This 7" has it all, great power, hooks and vocals in Spanish. This 7"s features 6 hits clocking in at just under 10 minutes. Recorded again by Hanz Zimmerman, Mastered by Jack Control and beautifully packaged in gloomy artwork by Brian Miller. Besides the lyric insert this EP comes with a double sided silk screened inner sleeve printed by the Big Double Os.

White Lung - Atlanta 7"
(Deranged) 4 eur

The third 7" from Vancouver's White Lung featuring 3 new songs. More of the same excellent Riot Grrrl meets early UK punk.

Wormeaters - Wardeath 7"
(Sorry State) 2.5 eur
New Jersey's Wormeaters return with their 3rd EP, but it's their first for Sorry State and their first with a new vocalist. The hate just seethes from the grooves on this record... it's as if the band is treating their guitar strings and vocal chords as if they were the jugular veins of their bitterest enemies. Unlike a lot of one-trick ponies out there, Wormeaters retain this level of near-blinding rage through both fast tracks like "Spray" and mid-paced, punch-your-friends-in-the-face anthems like "Scabs

12"

Anti You - Two Bit Schemes & Cold War Dreams 12"
(Six Weeks)
8 eur

After three great EP's on US labels such as No Way, Punks Before Profits & Puke'n'Vomit, Anti You established themselves as one raging hardcore band. Taking the old school mentality and style of 80's US hardcore, Anti YOU have unleashed 16 new tracks on this 12" (in 19 minutes!)of unabated hardcore fury. if you like "old school", you'll love this!! Think of a speeded up mix of MINOR THREAT, JERRY'S KIDS, VERBAL ABUSE and above all CIRCLE JERKS!

Arctic Flowers - Reveries 12" (Trujaca Fala) 11 eur
One of the most well known of Portland's fertile post punk influenced scene, Arctic Flowers follows up their well received debut EP and split with Spectres. Their sound builds on the foundation of UK anarchopunk meeting their previous work with such bands as SIGNAL LOST and THE OBSERVERS. This 12" has 8 songs leaning more towards the hardcore end of the spectrum while throwing in the occasional THE MOB influenced bit of melodic punk.

Autistic Youth - Idle Minds 12" (Taken By Suprise) 11 eur

Long awaited 2nd album from hardworking PDX youngsters, following up “Landmine Beach” LP, as well as singles. Driving, melodic punk/hardcore (but NOT “melodic hardcore” if ya get the distinction) with dark, swirling undercurrents. Catchy but not at all vapid. Sounding like a cross between Portland, Southern California, and Copenhagen, you could compare this to bands like THE OBSERVERS, NO HOPE FOR THE KIDS, REAGAN YOUTH, or ADOLESCENTS.

Bernays Propaganda - Happiness Machiness 12"
(Moonlee) 6 eur
Macedonian band Bernays Propaganda could be shortly described as danceable newwave/post-punk band with charming female vocal. But don’t be misleaded, we are talking here about extremely political band influenced by a variety of bands, from SUBMISSION HOLD over FUGAZI all the way to the GOSSIP and GANG OF FOUR. Firm drum beats accompanied with thick and groovy bass lines are the base upon which layers of funky and broken guitar chords are placed, and above all comes unique, strong and remarkable female voice as a cherry on the top. Were lunatic enthusiasm, bursting energy and catchy atmosphere already mentioned?

Bi-Marks - The Goldern Years 12" (Sabotage) 11 eur

18 songs of blistering non-stop hardcore punk, raging in the vein of ADOLESCENTS, SICK PLEASURE, or ZERO BOYS! Members of Nerveskade/Bog People so you know its FUCKING INSANE!

Blackwaves - 0130 12"
(Per Koro)
6 eur
Blackwaves is an instrumental band from Bielefeld/Münster and playing epic instrumental with massive riffs and driving rhythms, crushing, hypnotic soundscapes as well as an exploration into psychoactive prog-rock in the brotherhood of bands like CULT OF LUNA, NEUROSIS or even TORCHE. "0130" contains 6 tracks of devastating power and emotion that will destroy you with its beautiful, black heaviness. This release comes with a different artwork in a full-color 350gr thick coversleeve and an inlay.
Blank Stare - S/T 12" (Refuse) 8 eur
9 brand new songs of the powerful raging and pissed off hardcore with some slower and heavier late BLACK FLAG-ish parts and LAST RIGHTS cover at the end to make a point. Current and ex-members of Positive Reinforcement and Social Circkle if anyone cares. Impressive killer 12” out of this Boston band, so be warned - it will blow up on your stereo.

Blue Cross - Mass Hysteria 12" (Shogun) 11 eur

It seems like all of the punks are going goth these days, but Canada's Blue Cross were one of the first groups to make the move with their demo tape from serveral years ago. Now that the rest of the world have caught up with them, they're still ahead of the pack. Very obviously inspired by the early Siousxie stuff, this features harsh punk guitars, post-punk rhythms, and deep female vocalists. Like Siouxsie, though, Blue Cross get by on more than atmosphere... there are SONGS here, and good ones at that. Definitely highly recommended for you goth-curious out there.

Brat Pack - Stupidity Returns 12" (Doomtown) 10 eur

Brat Pack hail from Holland, but their sound is more reminiscent of the sunny streets, beaches, skate parks and pools of early eighties California. Since 2006 they've recorded a demo, which was later re-released as a 7'' vinyl, and a full-length entitled "Hate The Neighbours". In support of "Hate The Neighbours", Brat Pack played all over Europe, including two Western European tours, a tour of the Balkans, a UK tour and, of course, a bunch of other shows. Now, three years after the release of “Hate The Neighbours”, Brat Pack have crafted a whole lotta new songs and they'll unleash 'em via “Stupidity Returns”, their second full-length LP.
Influences vary from the aggressive sounds of RKL, SNFU, 7 SECONDS and even some later era Poison Idea to a more melodic and gloomy approach of the ADOLESCENTS, D.I. and AGENT ORANGE, played skilfully, but still really raw and pissed. Also, one song features the wicked Solomon of Night Fever fame on vocals. All in all, an energetic and melodic hardcore punk assault.

Brivido / Homo Homini Lupus split 12" (Sumoggu) 6 eur

Fucking unbelievable! Once more two absolut great bands from Croatia. Directly in your face, fast stop&go Hardcore from Brivido. Strikes up with grindy Hardcore-Punk as its best from Homo Homini Lupus. Killer!

Burmese / Potop split 12" (Fuck Yoga) 11 eur
Burmese offer 8 ugly tracks of noise; ranging from damaged rock to primitive grind bursts, sadistic power electronics and cold, haunting drones; a claustrophobic amalgamation of frequencies akin to MAN IS THE BASTARD, BRAINBOMBS and WHITEHOUSE. Tectonic grooves, blackened guitars and hellish screams make for Potop's side. primitive and crippled doom metal, been compared to BURNING WITCH, KHANATE and power violence without the fast parts. heavy stuff for real.

Citizens Patrol - S/T 12" (Even Worse) 10 eur
Definetely worth the wait, as hollands finest return, with their strongest effort yet!. 15 pummeling hc shredders in classic C.P. style. The production is beefed up and clearer as before, and thus gaining on the power front, while maintaining the urgency and agression of all earlier stuff. Kenny's vocals are more up front, which perfectly fit as he unleashes personal disgust in rapid tempo set to equally hectic and fast hc/punk, with plenty of hooks n' turns. Get it!

Criaturas - Oscuridad Eterna 12"
(Trabuc) 11 eur
The debut 7" from Texas's Criaturas was one of my absolute favorite records of last year, and consequently this LP became one of my most anticipated releases of this year. I was worried that Criaturas wouldn't step to the plate and do something better than the 7", but after only a couple of listens I think this completely blows all of the band's other recordings out of the water. The production is just perfect, with a pounding bass drum, searing guitars, and those wild lady vocals (that still recall the Comes) right up front and searing their way right into your skull. The songs themselves are also brilliant... man, that guy writes the absolute catchiest guitar parts I have ever heard in my life! I am so excited about this LP I can barely contain myself. Highest possible recommendation!

Daitro - Collected 12"
(Adagio830) 11 eur

The LP contains the out of print stuff from the split LP w/ Sed Non Satiata, the split 7" w/ Ampere and the 2 songs that were on the US tour 7". For me its still some of their best tunes to date of emotive french hardcore. Daitro is easily one the best bands today in that genre. They see their band also as an instrument to deliver political statements and thoughts ... maybe it sounds pathetic - but its More Then Just Music. I love them and if you haven't heard of them yet - go and check them out!

Dažd - S/T 12" (Fuck Yoga) 11 eur

Existing in different shapes, Dažd (Belgrade, Serbia) have been crafting their rituals under the sign of libertarian mystic forces for almost 15 years. A product of alchemy; ingredients included are earth power, surrealism, horror, crusty thrash and heavy doom not unlike AMEBIX, PENTAGRAM, GISM and HELLHAMMER.

Dean Dirg - Four Successive Blasts 12" (Prugelprintz) 9 eur

We sent out our hunch-backed assistant Ygor one night to dig out this record again which originally saw the light of day on Six Feet Under rec. Our scientists enlarged the already sightly 10'' body, consisting of the out-of-print "Chimpanzee" 7" and the split 7''s with HENRY FIATS OPEN SORE and BOMBENALARM, by two good inches and attached the ''What's new?'' 7'' in a successful surgical intervention in our laboratories. The result is a 20-songs strong monster of a record that also got a facelift and a more colorful new jacket. Set out to destroy, this punk rock killing machine will blow your roof!

Defect Defect - S/T 12" (Taken By Suprise) 11 eur

After two quality Eps and constant touring, Defect Defect hit it just perfect with their catchy-as-hell melodic punk style that hits hard with Colin’s spastic and blunt vocal style with Adam’s excellent song writing. Tracks like Stolen Ground and Post Apocalypse are perfect bookends of this argent and essential LP. Featuring ex and current members of the Observers, Autistic Youth, the Minds, Clorox Girls and the excellent Arctic Flowers this record will stick out over the pile of vinyl coming out in 2010. Do not miss out on this exciting band!

Deskonocidos - En La Oscuridad 12" (Trabuc) 11 eur

After a pair of 7"s that were influenced by early Los Angeles punk rock, Austin, TX's Deskonocidos throw death rock elements of Christian Death into their formula while still keeping true to their original style.

Discarga - Musica Pra Guerra 12" (Trashbastard) 6.5 eur

Musica Pra Guerra is the third LP from Brazil's legendary thrashers and does not let up in the ferocity and anger that Discarga is known for. Discarga, a three-piece, straightforward socio-political band bring fastcore played with rage, not unlike LARM and MANLIFTING BANNER.

Ex Humans - S/T 12" (Robs House) 12 eur

Ex Humans got two killer 7-inches under their belt via non-traditional labels for a (now ex-) Atlantan musician so if they're not on your radar yet you need to wake up and take note. Make no mistake, if you're looking for another Brooklyn loft-pop hipster band then Ex Humans aren't for you but if you're like us and think that the punk underground has swayed too far from what punk really is then these guys will be the breath of fresh air you've been gasping for.

Ghostlimb - Same / Bearings & Distance 12" (Adagio836) 11 eur

After both Ghostlimb records have been out of print for a while and the band still keeps it strong - we decided to repress both records on one LP - all songs are remastered and feature the artwork of both records and have big poster insert. So you get both 12" of this powerful three piece from LosAngeles. Ghostlimb deliver powerful solid in your face hardcore w/ a melodic edic age that reminds sometimes on Born Against. They are fast and angry and they want to give you a kick in your ass so you start to think about stuff again and not just care about boring stuff like friendship.

Government Warning - Paranoid Mess 12" (La Vida Es Un Mus) 11 eur

GW from Richmond, VA came from out of nowhere with their “No Way Out” in 2005. Ever since they have been unleashing some of the greatest traditional US HC even written. Following their “No Moderation” LP and their “Arrested” 7” comes their second full length “Paranoid mess”. Fourteen unrelenting tracks full of snotty attitude that musically lies somewhere between ZERO BOYS, VERBAL ABUSE, FU’s or ADOLESCENTS including some mid paced tracks that follow the sound they mastered on their last EP. Great sounding record that brings to mind the golden era of USA hardcore - absolutely timeless.

Indian Summer - Hidden Arithmetics 12" (Adagio830) 11 eur

Limited edition vinyl version of "Hidden Arithmetic" from emo pioneers Indian Summer. Nine songs including unreleased material. Includes silk screened covers, 3 printed inserts and a limited poster.

Inservibles - S/T 12" (Shogun) 11 eur

The cover art on the debut 12" by this Mexican hardcore punk band pretty much says it all... it's a warped, sick-minded scene of bleak tortute, apparently sloppily rendered but with exactly the right amount of detail to really disturb you. This is a nasty, haunting, and bleak hardcore record...so bleak, in fact, that it's almost hard to listen to. The closest reference point would probably be first LP-era RUDIMENTARY PENI, after they jettisoned the catchiness of the first two eps and retreated headlong into Nick Blinko's dark and solitary vision. Listening to this record is like dreaming that you're trapped inside a Francis Bacon painting.

Insuiciety - The Cure For The Truth 12" (Trujaca Fala) 5 eu

Finally coming up with their first full-length, this multicultural band creates an ugly bastard of Black Sabbath metal, hardcore punk and sample-loaded atmospherical noise passages. Sheer heavy riffs, punishing drums and stomach-deep bass-humming over which a tortured female voice expresses both hate and desperation roll slowly, but unstoppable towards the overwhelmed listener. Just as Kylesa are leaving their path with their recent album, INSUICIETY are ready to take over the crown of "heavy tribal punk"!

Lets Grow / Jaibo! split 12"
(Doomtown) 6.5 eur

Lets Grow exist since 2001. and so far they have a lot of records out on US and European labels. They already toured Europe once and played with bands like Annihilation Time, Vitamin X, Dean Dirg, Out Cold etc. In those 8 years their music changed a bit, but it was always fast hardcore punk inspired mostly by the 80's US bands.
Jaibo! are younger but their members were involved in a lot of Belgrade hardcore bands before. They have 3 songs on "Powder Keg" compilation and 8 tracks will be out on split LP with Lets Grow. Some people compare their music to JERRYS KIDS, BAD BRAINS, RKL (R'n'r Nightmare era) and some european bands such as INDIGESTI and JINGO DE LUNCH.

Lets Grow - Disease of Modern Times 12" (Refuse) 6.5 eur

No bullshit, great sounding and high-energy fast hardcore punk inspired mostly by the 80's US bands and some european hardcore. I think this is almost out of print.

Loser Life - Friends With A Demon 12" (Taken By Suprise) 8 eur

Loser Life are back with their 2nd full length 12"! After several months of touring, a handful of 7"s, a 12" and an album on Magic Bullet they have mastered their Chicago meets DC by way of Bakersfield sound. This time some darker elements and a great recording take things to the next level. An explosive mix that brings to mind bands like ARTICLES OF FAITH, NAKED RAYGUN or BORN AGAINST.Loser Life comes from a place called Bakersfield, California, an area the band has numerously described as “the armpit of California”. This is what Loser Life is influenced by and the band's sound makes their pleasant description seem all too realistic.

Loser Life - My Hell 12" (Taken By Suprise)
8 eur

On My Hell, the Bakersfield four blast through 5 tracks of hardcore punk a la NAKED RAYGUN, ARTICLES OF FAITH, BORN AGAINST, etc. After a handful of eps, an lp on Magic Bullet and a few thousand miles worth of touring, it is clear that Loser Life have mastered their Chicago meets DC by way of Bakersfield sound. With lyrics focusing on disconnection and the inability to function properly in a relationship without falling into the realm of self pity, My Hell is perfect punk music for when the skies are cloudy and gray!!

Nasa Space Universe - Across The Wounded Galaxies 12" (Shogun) 11 eur

Debut 12" from this Southern California band who are obviously heavily inspired by Die Kreuzen. They have a lot of aspects of DK's sound totally down... the awkward rhythms, the way the bass carries the riff while the guitarist just plays on the three thinnest strings, and of course the demented vocals, which remind me a lot of very early DIE KREUZEN. However, despite all of this obvious influence, NSU actually sound really unique... maybe because they're Californians in 2011 and not midwesterners in the early 80s? A fucking ripping LP.

Night Birds - Other Side Of Darkness 12" (Taken By Suprise) 11 eur

t long last, the debut LP from NY/NJ's own NIGHT BIRDS is finally upon us! Following three well received 7" EPs, "The Other Side of Darkness" takes you on on a non-stop demented thrill ride with thirteen raging blasts of high-octane surf-inspired punk that the band has become known for. NIGHT BIRDS have pulled out all of the stops on this long player; honing their hardcore/punk/surf/garage hybrid sound to near perfection, delivering each and every song with urgent and unmistakable precision

Nightstick Justice - S/T 12"
(Even Worse) 10 eur

Nightstick Justice mix just the right amounts of early 80's Boston hardcore like SSD and Jerry's Kids with a bit of early Youth Crew hardcore like Judge and YOT for a really potent and aggressive hardcore sound with some beefy guitars and pissed off vocals.

No Hope For The Kids - S/T 12" (Hjernespind) 11 eur

No Hope For The Kids feature former members of Amde Petersen's Arme and Young Wasteners, and just like those bands No Hope for the Kids make you think that it's Los Angeles 1979 all over again. Classic melodic Danish punk!

Nothing - Double Dose Of Negativity 12" (Refuse) 10 eur

Although this band from Berlin is new, its members are far from newbies (features members of HIGHSCORE, MÖNSTER, HIGHSCORE, BOMBENALARM, NAILS, SITUATIONS to name a few). "double dose of negativity" is divided into 8 pills. It has the force of a full-length album where you can find some bits and pieces of former bands like POISON IDEA, NEGATIVE APPROACH and even a touch of NYC hardcore.

Od Vratot Nadolu - Ziva 12" (Fuck Yoga) 10 eur

Absolutely killer new 2 piece from Macedonia, from the label: "Depraved, sad and angry mutant hardcore from Macedonia. Od Vratot Nadolu have crafted this album with primal urgency, yet delicate skills. The style is unorthodox and focused, the content is violent and state-altering resulting with a morbidly vivid cinematic-like experience. This record would appeal to freaks into "desire for agony", "the aftermath", "laid insignificant"."

Omegas - Blasts Of Lunacy 12" (Hardware) 11 eur

Montreal-based, lords of slam-skank Omegas have to be one of the best bands in hardcore at the moment. Their brand of anthemic hardcore gives devotion to their NYHC and Boston HC influences with a uniquely snarky street punk attitude, all of which is filtered through a little crazy, making the title of their debut LP all too appropriate. Blasts Of Lunacy is twelve tracks of hardcore wizardry. This particular release sees the band emphasizing their NYHC influences even more than on previous material.

Pol Pot - Whole Mystery 12" (Trabuc) 11 eur

Debut LP from this Spanish post-punk band. When I was googling them online I found a picture of them playing where the singer is wearing a Negative Approach shirt... it seems significant because the first time I saw Total Control the singer was wearing a Cro-Mags shirt, yet they played this dark post-punk music, and I get a similar vibe from Pol Pot. It's definitely post-punk (they do that Joy Division "double-time on the hi-hat" thing all the time and have a generally downer, almost goth-y vibe), but there's an energy and an immediacy to it that betrays that this is music made by people who truly appreciate hardcore. So, if you're someone like me who loves Echo and the Bunnymen and the early Cure stuff but also isn't about to sell off his early Dischord EPs, you are this LP's audience. Totally killer. Daniel, Sorry State

Press Gang - S/T 12" (Hardware) 11 eur

This is their debut 12-song LP follow up to their 7" that came out last year. This platter clocks in at about 15 minutes, means you get full load of pissed off, raw PUNK COCK by 4 angry kids from some boring city called Münster. Influences range from early BLACK FLAG to REGULATIONS.

ROIR / Deer In The Headlights split 12" (Good Samaritan) 6.5 eur

Deer in the headlights from Bosnien Herzegowina play instense in your face hardcore, no excuses made. On the Flipside ROIR from Serbia play more screamo influenced crusty sound. This lps is good record and the whole thing got packed in a beautiful sleeve.. Dont miss it!

Sete Star Sept - Revision Of Noise 12" (Fuck Yoga) 10 eur

This is an absolute mess in the very best way. Sete Stars Sept's form of grinding chaos sounds refreshingly different, taking its cues from classics of the old and new schools of grind and noisecore, but with bizarre song un-structures that give things an almost organic, improvised feel. These vicious slashes of sound are almost too much to take in, with an inordinate amount packed in to 15 min., but it's basically a pretty amazing exercise in humans making as inhuman a racket as possible.

Sonic Avenues - Television Youth 12" (Sabotage) 11 eur

In short, TELEVISION YOUTH is punkier, poppier, louder and dirtier than anything they've done before. Armed with this devastating new arsenal, as well as ambitious touring plans spanning the (un)civilized world, SONIC AVENUES are sure to keep fists in the air and beers a-flyin' for years to come. They're totally recommended for fans of WHITE WIRES, JAY REATARD and STEVE ADAMYK BAND

Terrible Feelings - Shadows 12" (Sabotage) 11 eur

The album was recorded at Tambourine Studios in their hometown, in January 2012. Co-producer Erik Sunding spurred them to use more than ten different guitars and amps, a quirky violin bass played over a massive amp from the 70s, old beat up drums, farfisa, hammond, piano and tons of rippling percussion. The outcome is 12 quite different songs, somehow all tied together by a common notion; walking hand in hand towards a bleak future. For those with a weakness for melancholic yet danceable punkrock, this record might just prove to be an essential staple in any collection.

The Estranged - Static Thoughts 12" (Sabotage) 11 eur

PDX 3 piece with a heavy background in the local HC/Crust scenes (members have been/are in bands like Remains Of The Day, Hellshock, Warcry, From Ashes Rise, Coldbringer, and lots more) Icy, ominous post punk ala WIPERS, MISSON OF BURMA, Warsaw-era JOY DIVISION, etc. LPs come with digital download coupon.

The Rites - Wish You Never Knew 12" (Even Worse) 8 eur

Pissed off, angry and spiteful hardcore. This is the much anticipated return of New Jersey's THE RITES! Consisting of members from some of the hottest hardcore acts from the past few years (TEAR IT UP, CUT THE SHIT, DOWN IN FLAMES), THE RITES prove their ability to mix classic and modern hardcore into their own dynamic and energetic sound. This lp is a sonic whirlwind that launches 8 new tracks of speed, agression and passion.

Thema Eleven - The Great Misanthrope 12" (Insane Society) 8.5 eur

"The Great Misanthrope” is a frontal clash, a hit without a warning. Thema Eleven plunges deeply into raw riffs that gush with animal energy. Can you feel it? The corpse is still warm… Not a single ray of light can be found in this record. It’s a solid mass, and it refuses processing. The thundering sound is owed to Ondřej Ježek and Alex Newport (ex-Fudge Tunnel and Nailbomb, collaborated w/The Melvins, At The Drive-In, Panthers), and it’s impact is crushing and merciless. Think of the impenetrable darkness of NEUROSIS, the jarring urgency of ENVY gathered together with the dark and heavy visionary appeal of TORCHE. “The Great Misanthrope” has arrived. Listen to it, or get out of the way.

Unkind - Hangen Syliin 12" (Combat Rock Industry) 8.5 eur

An amazing and totally bleak and definitely their best- third LP from this finnish band, combining a more muted and moody take on DISFEAR-style rocked out guitar riffs, Savagely shouted vocals Ala’ VICTIMS, and then the dark and Epic scope of NEUROSIS ( and their Slower, ow end Lumbering) , TRAGEDY ( mood carrying guitar riffs and solos) ARTIMUS PYLE ( bursting from all of that into wicked thrash) and their ilk. Top knotch musician ship, The mood of the whole affair somber as it can get, and while this metallic influenced crust style is seems at times almost completely currently dismissed stateside / locally, if you like any of the five bands I just mentioned, buy this immediately.

Vitamin X - Full Scale Assault 12" (Trashbastard) 8 eur

Vitamin X continue to crank out no-holds-barred straight edge thrashing punk on the Steve Albini-recorded "Full Scale Assault," bringing forth 20 high-energy tracks that infuse influences of '70s guitar rock and bombastic riffage, showing the band's songwriting prowess.

XAXAXA - Tango Revolucioner 12" (Doomtown) 6.5 eur

"Tango Revolucioner", XAXAXA's debut full-length, will become known as the second Doomtown release ever! XAXAXA hail from Skopje, Macedonia and feature 3 members of a group of post-punk enthusiasts known as Bernays Propaganda, as well as xFxPxOx, the legendary Macedonian hardcore punk thrashers. XAXAXA's agenda is to explore the melodic side of the mid / late 80's Dischord roster, so don't be surprised if they remind you of bands like FUGAZI, RITES OF SPRING and even DAG NASTY. XAXAXA's tunes also have a moody HUSKER DU/WIPERS vibe, so it's safe to say that these guys aren't just another copycat band paying tribute to the Revolution Summer days of DC hardcore.

Warsong - Ancient Times CS (Doomtown) 3.5 eur

Spanish punk bands Insomnio and No Escape may be defunct and sorely missed, but hey, we've still got Warsong, formed by members of the aforementioned bands. As for the sound they're after, not much is new - melodic and anthemic punk rock with an occasional rock 'n' roll touch. If you're into name-dropping, here's some: Adolescents, Hüsker Dü, Pegboy, Wipers and maybe even Turbonegro. This tape edition of Warsong's album has been professionally duplicated and is limited to 100 copies. Get it!
